eSim swap

I have been trying to do a SIM swap on my eSim for a month now, have been to 3 MTN stores Mall@reds, Centurion mall and Mall of Africa, have called the call centre and no one is able to help me, when i go to a store i'm told i need to phone the call centre, when i phone the call centre i'm told i need to go to a store.
