Esim not working with MTN and Apple Watch

Still cannot get my esim working with my Apple Watch and MTN. Very frustrating considering I upgraded the watch just for this function. Have contacted the MTN complaints department and they cannot help me even though the message on website indicates that the problem has been resolved.
