eSim not working

I have been going from store to store trying to do eSim but with no luck, some consultants at other stores don’t even know what eSim is😭. I was told eSim is offline come again some other time. Until I was finally told they have issues with eSim and will send a mail to technical support to assist on their side. Been waiting for weeks and still nothing 😕. Out of all the three contracts I have with mtn I was expecting better
