esim Not available on MTN BUSINESS!!!

I upgraded with MTN on 7 November 2020 and also purchased a 42mm Esim watch. After endless issues on the 29 November 2020 the esim was activated and the Rica Barring was lifted (Reference number #***. Today i tested the outgoing capability and the line was RIca Barred again. I contacted 135 only to be told that the esim capability is NOT available on MTN Business Contracts. The list of devises with esims are below. These devices will clearly not be available on a Business Contract. Freaken Shocking!!! Here is the full list of available devices from MTN:
