ESim failures

Good day, I currently purchased an Esim for this number *** .from purchase I received QR code to configure and link the Esim to my number however it failed.visited your stores for assistance in this and no solutions.these visit occurred from January up to date . Attached is one email from your consultant in regards to this .I really need this fixed or at least a solution further.
