Esim Epic Fail

Once again I find myself on hellopeter and social media for MTN. We upgraded about a month ago to S22 Ultra 5g and Classic watch...with the option available of R25 pm for esim. So...we enquired and was told it can be activated later when we decided,on any number. Then fight happened about stlck of S22 etc etc etc.. same story different year. But eventually over night it magically appeared. So we went today to activate esim - and wow...Firstly told its only on Apple (allthough in June catalogue it is again under Samsung) Then we told it could only be done with upgrade. So what the ****ing hell????
