eSIM Connection

I have been trying to do my eSIM... I have visited 4 different MTN Stores, and no one could help me, when I get to the store, they telling me that my number is on the old system so they can help me, when I call the customer care, they saying they also can't help me so I need to go back to the store...this is so bad
