Esim activation: Absolutely shocking customer service and lack of technical capabilities

We have been struggling to get an esim activated on an Apple watch for over a month. Have visited the mtn customer experience store in Morningside and have had dozens of phone calls and emails and literally zero progress!

This is absolutely ridiculous and for such a simple thing, to activate an E sim. We purposefully bought cellular capable Apple watches and are not stuck with an unusable device.

Someone needs to help us correct this urgently!
