ESCALLATIONS!!!!
Gave 30 days notice to end expiring contract. It is THREE MONHS and FOUR refference numbers later and still you deducted money from my account. I WANT THIS FIXED ASAP!!!!

We are truy sorry for the inconvenience caused and for the breakdown in service experienced.
We can confirm that the contract has been migrated over to prepaid and we've requested that our Billing Department credit the invoices for the months of October & November 2015. Once the credit reflects on the account, can we then request our Banking Department to do a refund into your banking account.
