Error message when making any call !

For the past 4 days I cannot make any calls. My mobile data works and I can receive calls and text messages, but I cannot make calls. Everytime when I dial a number, ANY NUMBER (even voicemail or customer care) I get the following voice error message: \The number you have dialed is incorrect
