EPIC SERVICE FAILURE

<p>This is the second time i am wriitng this review. Perhaps second time round soneone will helpme????</p> <p> </p> <p>Absolute failure and disaster in MTN store</p> <p>I went to buy a sammsung galaxy S7 edge on the morning it was launched from MTN balfour Park - afterall ihave been a loyal mtn customer for the past 16 years - with the proimse of the store assistant that i would recieve the Samsung Gear VR - well needless to say I didnt get it - because she did not know what she was doing. She told me that samsung would courier it to me - which of cousre they didnt and now its to late. MTN does not train their staff properly and as a result they cost me and lost me my samsing VR. I have never been so disapointed in my entire life. Stay away from MTN they do not know what they are doing. after going into the store numerous times they continue to lie and cheat me. Stay away from MTN they are ***** and *******. You will regret being an mtn customer. </p>
