Epic Fail

Beware when you use MTN roaming while overseas. It's all very well until you come back to South Africa. It is taking now 15 days since arriving back four calls to MTN, 5 visits to MTN table view mall and still no resolution. Not able to use phone, told it can take from 12 to 72 hours to be resolved. You can calculate how many 72 hours are in 15 days .... epic fail!!!!
