Enough is enough. After 24 years, time to move

I have been waiting for the early termination charges on my contracts, one of which is 24 years old. I am getting irritated with MTN, and their inane answers when it comes to billing issues. In fact, their futile attempt at rectifying the matter makes an even bigger mess, and causes more conflict in my world. I am tired of boiler plate responses, so either talk to me and fix the problems, or I am out of here.
