Enough is enough

It's been almost a month since writing a review on hello Peter and still nobody from MTN has bothered to make contact with me regarding my original complaint. Shows that MTN are making millions of rands irrespective of customer complaints, so why should they care or even bother to address any issues that we may have. We as the consumer just need to shut up and keep paying whether we like it or not. Thankfully my contract expires in 3 months time and I will never bind myself to a contract with them again and strongly advise against anybody doing the same. Enough is now enough. Goodbye.
