Enough is enough
I contacted mtn asking for a quotation for early termination of my contract on Tuesday, I was the rep**** being asked how they can help sort out my problem I explained I wanted a document outlining what I would have to pay to get out of the contract. I received a typed email with estimated amount in bold, I wand a document with an amount so I can buy out and not have anything to do with this company. A professional document from a big company . MTN has wasted my time for to long. I want out and I need that done today. They must stop this thing of wanting to fix things when it's already to late. It's more than 48 hours since I asked for this document and I now demand it today. I stuck with mtn while there had internal issues with the bad service they were giving and when I expect it to be well again they still give poor service and I've had enough. I want to buy out from this contract.
