ENOUGH IS ENOUGH!!
I would like for someone from MTN ACCOUNTS DEPARTMENT to call me on this number ***. This query is not for the cell number but for my husbands number *** Mr Errol Jansen Van Vuuren. We have been trying to cancel his MTN NUMBER since SEPTEMBER 2016. MTN has deducted his account every month and he is no longer using this number. We would really love to have this matter resolved and that the money that was deducted from his account be refunded back to him. Please guys i dont know what is so difficult to cancel a number and stop debiting his account. I look forward to a phone call , dont just send a email as emails doesnt fix the problem. I would like a PHONE CALL and if no luck i will then take LEGAL ACTION against MTN! Regards Riaan
