ENOUGH IS ENOUGH
THE INCOMPETENCE OF MTN HAS REACHED NEW LEVELS<br> Please explain the difference between GAUTENG and KWAZULU NATAL<br> <br> I dont understand how i can be put through to the wrong department after i have numerous times requested to speak to the service manager for the Gauteng Region and then only to be put on hold for 12 minutes today <br> <br> then not to mention the amount of calls i made yesterday due to the incompetency of RTT to deliver the correct package to me<br> this is the last time i will have issues with MTN and if this continues i will have my contracts cancelled and move to new provider<br> <br> i gave you guys a cutt off to have my phone delivered yesterday at 14h00 but this never happened
