Endless trouble with Mtn!

<p>I have never had customer service problems like I have had with Mtn! Once again, they are taking my money and giving me nothing in return. I renewed my contract at the Waterfront branch under a year ago. I had previously had insured my phone through Mtn and the gentleman who assisted me asked if I would like to continue with the insurance for my new phone. I said yes. My new phone broke a few months ago and I spoke to a store who said that a currier would fetch it from me and return it once fixed. I phoned Mtn to arrange this and it turns out that they had me insured through another company and not Mtn insurance. I called this company and they told me that my old phone is still listed as being insured!!!!! I had been paying money every month to insure a phone that no longer exists!!! The company told me that we need to sort out the change through Mtn but when I phone Mtn or go in to the Waterfront branch, no one can help me!!!! I am sitting with an old phone that hardly functions for months now and still paying to have my previous phone insured. MTN NEVER TOLD ME THAT I HAD TO CHANGE THE PHONE DETAILS WITH INSURANCE AND AS MENTIONED, THEY FAILED TO TELL ME THAT I WASN'T EVENT INSURED THROUGH MTN. All I want is for someone to make an effort and make things right with the insurance company so that someone can fix my much needed phone. </p>
