Endless promise.

I come here with endless frustration, We were due for an upgrade and the OPPO had an amazing deal so we opted for the Oppo Reno10 Pro Plus as we were going to receive earbuds and a Take-a-lot voucher of R3000 . Which was a score as we were going to use this voucher towards our house.

Up till now we have not received that voucher, we are not letting this go as this will now be the second time we will not be reviving a voucher from MTN, I have been very patient and understanding but this is the last straw.

Why promise something to me as the customer for your advertising benefit/purpose but it is such a hassle to get the freebies and it’s something that is owed to me as the paying customer.

We have been messaging , going to the store finding out the progress or status on when we will be receiving this voucher and nothing. This is absolutely ridiculous it’s false advertising.

It’s now almost a month and we haven't heard or received anything no phone call , no apology nothing. No compensation ‘NOTHING’.

I’m very disappointed in MTN and I Highly DO NOT recommend
