Endless problems with MTN
Endless problems with MTN since they took over from Nashua. I have never ever had such bad service and high charges like I am having now. No use calling 808 they never pick up the calls and when they eventually do after like an hour they drop the call in your ears. When you go to the store in Pavillion you sit there for hours till they call you and then they tell you to call 808 you tell them that you cannot get through to them and they this say sorry they cant assist. Do you call that customer service. I dont think so.

Please accept our apologies for the break down in service at one of our touch points and for any inconvenience caused.
The reason for the high bills is that you have an open contract, meaning that when you reach the R200.00 you can still use airtime or data but you will be billed for it.
Nashua had Bill limits on their contracts and MTNSA does not, your current invoice has data usage of R585.02 besidesthe other charges.
You could add a recurring data bundle on your package to assist with the monitoring of your usage.
