ENDLESS PROBLEMS WITH MTN
I cancelled my itemized billing at the beginning of December 2015 and yet I continue to be billed for this service. I have phoned and was told it had been sorted out but I have just received my latest account and I am still being charged. The itemized billing has been cancelled because I cannot access it but I am still paying for it. I have another issue going back to October last year where MTN owes me a credit of R150 which I still haven't received despite follow ups. They don't seem to be able to get anything right. I was a customer with Nashua Mobile for 15 years without a problem ever, and have had nothing but trouble since I have been with MTN directly.
