Endless problems
I have the following list of complaints about MTN billing:<br> <br> 1. No billing documents were attached to the MTN April 2015 billing documents emajl<br> <br> Regarding the link provided to access and view my billing documents online (MTN ebilling):<br> <br> 2.Tried to view my Invoice Summary the following error message appears: \Sorry

We are truly sorry for the inconvenience caused and for the delayed response.
We have now logged an internal request with our Billing System Support Team to investigate the matter. The reference number for the request logged is REQ:***.
We will also suggest that you register for our online account management system. MTN Active will allow you view all account information online, provided you register your main cell-phone number. Please use the link below and register a profile:
https://mycontract.mtn.co.za/landing/landing.htm
While the matter is being investigated, we've requested our Billing Team to manually send the billing.
Once again we do apologize for the breakdown in service.
