Endless ignorance
<p>After months of querieng proof of the amount that has been handed over to MDB attorneys, i'm still not being helped.. last week monday (13/06/2016) again i phoned in requesting the statements as proof of the handover, i was told that i should phone in 3 days time to follow up...phoned on friday and the systems as off... unable to assist me.. today Monday (20/06/2016) i phone in, get told that nothing was logged/requested for those documents.. </p> <p> </p> <p>get a little irate and ask for a manager because i've been waiting for assitance on this for months now, i get put on hold and it's 20 minutes later, i'm still on hold.. !!! </p> <p> </p> <p>CAN SOMEONE PLEASE JUST ASSIST ME????</p> <p> </p> <p>I'M SICK OF THIS SERVICE.. </p> <p> </p> <p>GET SOMEONE TO PHONE ME !!!!!!</p> <p> </p>
