Endless communication with no results

On the 20th of October i advised you that I was emigrating and wished to cancel my two numbers. The first number was already due for cancellation/renewal the second number due for renewal in Feb 2016.

I received an early termination figure and paid it immediately.

Since then, i have received a total of 7 emails requesting random pieces of information to verify that i wish to cancel these numbers despite having sent you everything as well as phoning your call center 8 times.

I am now the proud owner of 7 different reference numbers that all point to your incompetence.

I will be placing a stop on my debit order as i believe this to be a stalling tactic from your side simply to eek out a few more Rands from me.

Surely someone at your horrible horrible company can take ownership of this simple request and contact me via email to resolve quickly?

Or are you all too busy striking to care about your customers???

Hello WaynePotg,

Thank you for your post.

We sincerely apologize for any inconvenience you may have experienced with our service.

We do pick up that cell *** has expired 2015-10-20. We can convert the number to pre-paid today. Note that any airtime and data or minutes on the sim card left will be lost once the prepaid migration has been done. This will take up to 2-24 hours for the service to be activated on the network.

We do pick up that the cancellation department has set up the cancellation request 1-12-2015 so if you require for the line to be cancelled and not converted to pre-paid then the cancellation will only be done 1-12-2015 due to the 30 days notification for cancellation terms and conditions.
***:

This number only expires 2016-02-03, we do not pick up any early termination fee worked out for this line. Please attach the early termination fee payment done to the account.
Kind Regards,

Alice van der Merwe
