Endless calls from MTN

I am receiving endless calls from MTN collections claiming my account is in arrears. It is not. I have repeatedly provided proof of payment to no avail. I have tried every call center, complaints email and complaints management. I have a mail from MTN stating that they actually owe me money..... The first ref was *** dated 2023-06-02

And still the calls, 4 to 5 times a day with no option to speak to an agent. This is beyond blatant incompetence....
