Ending a contract with a **** network

After 6 years of being a loyal customer, I am treated like **** by 2 of your cancellation consultants, Nhlakanipho who clearly doesn’t know his job and fails to answer simple questions and Zizipho who gave me the worst attitude and having the audacity to hang up on my ear and laugh while I’m still talking.

What kind of circus are you guys running? I want to cancel my router as it’s useless to me and contract has come to end and MTN wants to debit me 3x the value of that and say it’s a month to month, mind you MTN has never sold a 100GB data on contract or prepaid or month to month for over R600 and want to tell me ******* about that

I want my contract cancelled and I’ll never do business again, I will cancel my second contract again in February because this is nonsense. Billing me an additional amount then justifying it that MTN has the right to do so

If my query won’t be resolved, I will reverse the debit order and advise my bank to block you guys. I rather go to court than be ********** by you guys. I don’t care it’s my money

I demand to be called and this matter resolved today and 2 idiots who think they are smart to formally apologise to me
