End of Promotion sms's

On May 6 2020 I contacted MTN because of all the promotion being send to me by MTN. I was contacted and told to do the *135*5# And opt out of the promotions, which I did. But still some promotions kept comming through. I got a mail to reply to if the problem was not resolved, which I did, and no contact since.

Like I said the promotions are still comming through and what makes me really mad, is the fact that it or some is send at 22:38 at night. What nonsens is this?
