****en **** service ever for the second time from the same store

its been a week and i have been trying to do an upgrade on my contract so i went to campus square mall mtn were i was assisted by chongo the sales rep and on thursday i called to follow up on the delivery of the phone it was not there yet so she called me on friday and said the phone arrived and that she will let me know when to come in to finalise the up grade no call received after that on friday so i called her this morning and she is off sick and said the i should call the manager janelle on *** to be assisted in her absence as i should call today because the type of phone i am upgrading to goes fast i called the manager and she seemed confused and couldnt get off the phone fast enough and gave me another story that the phones had not been dispatched as yet and it will only be arriving tomorrow i have never in my life experience such **** service ever for the second time by the same mtn store in campus square what ****en **** service i will never ever go back to that store ever again do not provide service if you can not provide the utmost best service how long does it take to do a damn upgrade how many ****en times must a person complain to receive proper service from the same store
