emptyN - Avoid MTN insurance

Iam writing this to warn others of the issues within MTN especially their MTN Device Insurnace.

I have a device that I haven't been able to use for the last 4 months going to be the 5th soon. Logged claim on 1 November 2023, device get repaired with the incorrect LCD causing that my fingerprint reader no longer be present and i require this for some apps that I have else I can't use them anymore. Notify MTN about this as soon as I tried to setup the phone again on the 27th of November 2023. Device only gets collected on the 23rd of January 2024 with me trying to follow up daily on the progress with promises that went nowhere.

Since the device is at the repair center, I'm getting no joy and no feedback. so not my device is by iDroid Lab and seems like they took a change by repairing with cheaper LCD to safe cost or something.

So now I have been paying insurance on a device I have not been able to use since November and still no getting updates from MTN.
