just called 173 to temporaly close my misplaced sim, other first consultant endend my call, second one said she cant do that and i explained i will be only able to get a new simcard in town tomorrow and that will be late as i dont want to lose my balance and experience unauthorised use too...i told her an not happy i will complain and she said i should do as i please
