Empty promises with no resolution in sight

MTN's service overall has really taken a massive nosedive since the Covid-19 pandemic started. (not that it was great before)

I logged reference *** as MTN never debited my account in August. Needless to say, the "I promise you will receive a call tomorrow" from the service agent never happened.

Pathetic service. I can't wait for my contract to end in 2 months so I can port to another provider!!
