EMPTY PROMISES to look GOOD on Hello Peter

3 (yes THREE) months ago MTN 3-rivers made a HUGE mistake and \activated"an \""upgrade\"" for me AFTER I said NO because they did not seem to have any of the handsets in stock that I wanted. They only checked the stock AFTER we went through the whole process. I reported to Hello Peter that I could now for 3 months (MONTHS yes) not upgrade according to MTN. Then came the pathetic EMPTY PROMISES from MTN. Ive been struggling forever to upgrade my contract. Been a customer for 0ver 18 years and this is the bull treatment we get. I went in to MTN Meyerton yesterday to try upgrade and system showed I can only upgrade TODAY. MMMMmmmm they phoned the call centre and we were told another LIE that i can actually upgrade. Your company are taking the meaning of \""nobody knows what is going on\"" to a whole new level.<br> <br> My wife upgraded her handset yesterday and - well - as per MTN will have to probably wait the full 24 hours before her new sim is activated. Or maybe MTN is busy adding a day which will contain 48 hours (lets wait this one out and see).<br> <br> On previous Hello Peter complaints about the upgrades promises were made and obviously not kept.
