EMPTY PROMISES!! MTN DIRECT call centre

<p>I bought an iphone 7 from MTN shop online which was delivered to me, but the phone was an out-of-box failure. I was told to return the phone to any MTN store where it will be collected, which I did.</p> <p>I've called MTN direct ********** 667 REPEATEDLY over the past days and all I get is empty promises that my sales assistant- Nombuso will call me back to give me feedback and issue a new phone. Not once has she phoned me.</p> <p> </p> <p>I have not received any feedback or communication to date and neither of the call centre staff have ANY CLUE where the returned phone is at this stage or when my phone will be replaced.</p> <p>I have spoken to Sipho Ntuli and Gregory from the call centre who assured me that they would get Nombuso to give me feedback, but nothing received to date.</p> <p> </p> <p>I am about start to pay off my contract for a phone that I don't even have in my possession because of MTN delays!</p> <p>This is VERY frustrating to say the least & I will not recommend MTN online sales to ANYBODY!!</p> <p> </p> <p> </p>
