Empty promises for S20+ promotion.

I ordered the Samsung Galaxy s20+ promotion in mid February from Mtn Direct. I waited two weeks and decided to call Mtn. Mtn informed me that my order did not go through even though i filled it online... i then had to place a second order...I waited a week and i saw my data packages had changed and it seemed all i had to do was wait for my cellphone delivery...during this time i called Mtn several times to ensure that it is coming. MTN confirmed it isscheduled for delivery.Two weeks have passed and called again to ask where is my phone. They then proceeded to tell me that the dispatch did not go through. And it will be there tomorrow...please note that this all happend in the promotion window. The phone did not come and I had to call again. There was a mix up and they cancelled my order and said rather go through to the branch....I went to the branch on 20th March only to be informed that the promotion ended and the new order does not include the galaxy buds+ and that there are no stock of buds anywhere. I have all my contracts with MTN and im very disappointed with their service.
