Empty promises- Callback

I am very much disgusted by the service or lack there of that I have received from Hleketa, a so called customer service supervisor at 808. He has made countless promises to call me back regarding a query that I spoke to him about at the beginning of September. I am sick and tired of chasing after him. Last I spoke to him, he was going to get back to me by the 22nd of September and 6 weeks later, he has not bothered to contact me and this was not the first time he had made a promise to get back to me and there after not fulfill that promise. I’ve since called the call centre twice requesting for him to contact me and he STILL HAS NOT! I am sick and tired of running after this person and I need my query sorted out ASAP!!! Every time I switch my cellphone off and on, I received an sms or push notification that says: Call the UK for 0.69c per minute’ Everytime this notification comes through, 0.65c is deducted from my airtime balance. This has been happening from July and I have never, nor attempted to make any international calls since I started using my cellphone number in 2007.
