Empty promises brits mall branch

Beginning of Dec i renew my contract for a samsung a 32 with a smar****ch. They said they have the phone but not the watch and they cannot give me the phone without the watch. They with for stock and will let me know. This was the 4 des. On the 14 des they said in this week they received and we said that we are going on vacation. We ask if somebody else can pick it up and they said that they will keep ot for us and when we return we can came and pick up. Today 23 des when we phone no phones or watches and they dont keep it.... What... After they said they will keep for us. Ineed my phone and watch. This is not trustworthy for them to make empty promises. How can we trust you and your word. Brits mall mtn
