Empty promises at MTN

I app**** for two contracts at MTN Davenport Durban two weeks ago and they were both approved as I was informed the the sales person via phone call yet none of the phone’s has arrived I’ve been to MTN Davenport Durban to query about the delivery of the phone and I’ve been told the phone will be delivered soon but my question is when is soon it’s been two weeks already
