Empty promises and false advertising

I submitted a complaint about MTN on this very forum 2 months ago and it has not been attended up to date. Maybe they just don't give a damn.

My wife upgraded her contract about 6 months ago which included a Galaxy A70 smartphone. MTN was running a promotion at the time of a smart watch and a powerbank. The MTN eastrand branch did not have the watch and the powerbank in the store on the day and our details were taken. The consultant made an undertaking that the watch and the powerbank will be couriered to her within 2 weeks. It's now more than 6 months and this promise has not been fulfilled. If the promise cannot be fulfilled as advertised, please just say so, so that we can put this matter to rest.
