Empty promises

I recently app**** for a data contract by calling the MTN sales department, they told me I was approved, received the contract application and order number on the 19th. I then called the sales department again on the 20th, I was told I would receive my data on the 21st. I am disappointed to say that I have not received my data, and when I called this morning the contact department doesn’t see anything in their and I advised me to call again Monday morning because the sales department is not available on weekends. It is disappointing and poor to promise and not deliver I am really disappointed with MTN
