Empty promises
MTN Empty Promises My Saga continues still not able to reach a single individual at MTN from call centers to shop lines a communication company that cannot communicate. I am still awaiting feedback concerning my upgrade and transfer of account I was told by Alice van de Merwe that a Manager will be resolving this issue and all Nick did was pass me onto the same sales consultant who was not able to resolve this matter in the first place. now Suvan is on leave Nick is unreachable and i am still left in the dark as to when my contract is going to upgrade and transferred to a business package Well Done MTN
