Empty Promises
<p>I recieved an sms yesterday stating becaused i used 500mb of data MTN has rewarded me with free 500mb data that was valid for 2day.</p> <p>I checked my balance and there was no data reflecting.</p> <p>Called MTN CS Centre and was advised by their service champion that promotion was not in action yet.</p> <p>But why send sms for something not valid yet. Empty promises not thats new from them. I've been with them for so long and it has been nothing but a hassle.</p>
