empty promises
<p>started a new contract 4 weeks ago. took contract with 50 inch tv was promised delivery with in 3 weeks. they said they tried to deliver, but it was a lie as the delivery address is a hotel manned 24/7. they now are trying to make me go sign papers to have tv delivered at the store and then i would have to go fetch it later. a few things wrong with that. 1. store is far from me. 2. not the agreement. 3. tv wont fit in my car.</p> <p>i phoned MTN to get help but they are just giving me number upon number to phone annd generally not being at all helpfull to an retiree . please help me sort this out. the contract is on my data number ********** 304.</p>

We have contacted the Brightpoint.com for assistance with the delivery of the TV. They have notify us that the drivers could not find the place.
We have sent to them a copy of the map to Ruslamere Hotel. We have requested from them to redo the delivery at the Hotel, we have requested from them to be in contact with you on the day of the delivery, the contact number for Brightpoint 01111 *** option 3.
They are busy to proses the delivery today, you can contact the Courier IT delivery company on *** to arrange for the delivery at your work place your reference number MTN***-1.
We have contacted Courier IT and requested for you to be contacted to make a delivery time arrangement.
