Empty Promises
<p>I purchased a phone on contract from MTN. After leaving the shop I found out I can get a free SD card with another colour of the same phone. I enquired from the agent who helped us and he said he was out of stock but we checked and another store had the phone so I asked the guy if we can cancel the purchase which you can as you have 7 days in which to return your purchase. the agent said we should not cancel and he will get us an SD card. This was a few months back I did escalate the matter and I went back to the store and everyone is giving me the run around. Now no one wants to help me.</p>
