Empty Promises
I receive the same feedback from everyone that I need to contact, The contract is now cancelled and the refund was prosesed two weeks ago and is still not back in my account? How long does it take for a refund? surely not a month!<br> I only had bad service from MTN and its not stopping. You must really put a lot of effort in to give such bad service!<br> REQ:***<br> <br>

I am terribly sorry for the inconveniences experienced as a result this. I completely understand the frustration it causes. Please note a credit was passed and the amount will reflect on the invoice for the 26-09-2015 and the amount credited went towards the invoices for the 26-08-2015.
