Empty promise by Mantoa of MTN,
On the 12th March 2015 @ 18:50, I complained about MTN foe handing me over for an account that was in dispute ,on the 19th March at 15:44 Mantoa from MTN responded saying their legal representative will contact me,do date I have not heard anything from them, reference number from Mantoa - reg ***
