EMPTY PROMISE

Me and my wife just discovered that there are two contracts opened on the 4th April 2018 at an MTN store somewhere in KZN, it has been a couple of months now, we have submitted the required affidavit, it has been two weeks now, but there is no respond even now, we would like Hellopeter to help us with the cancellation of this contracts as they a damaging my wife's credit record.

They responded and even sent us the letter on tthe 12 September 2018 confirmining that the account is a ********** account and it have been closed, a person by the name of EUNICE SHABALALA confirm that it is closed and the email came from her email address.

We recently got an update from the credit bureau (clear score) that show the account is still active and that it is in arears.

I hope management will be involved and this will be resolved as soon as possible as this is reflecting badly on my wife's name.
