Empty promise
<p>I am so disappointed with MTN Fri-Yay i went to the store they told me if i updgrade my contract i will be getting 50G and 100000 mininutes monthly for the duration of my contract till to date haven'nt recieved anything everytime i call i am sent pillar to post i knew for some reason it was a markting strategy for us to renew or existing contract.</p>

We have received the copy of the contract signed by you from the MTN Stores at in Wanderes in Bryanston. The request has been sent for investigation as per reference REQ:***.
The investigation has been done and we have received feedback: My MTNChoice Talk+ S package is not compatible with Fri-Yay promo meaning that the package doe not qualify for the 50GB and 1000 minutes. Please visit the store and speak to the manager regarding this.
