empty promise

I am so tired of MTN, I requested someone to call me and I was just provided with a number that I called and no one is willing to asst. My Imei number is ***. Can someone call me and give me an explanation.I am tired of MTN always referring me to the next person. I need this to be sorted out as i is affecting my credit score. I have requested Tim who responded to my last complaint to call me back and I'm still waiting for the call.I'm still waiting for someone to call and tell me collect my cellphone. I was reffered to the menlyn store and no could help as they do not care and don't even know where the ceelphone is.<br> <br> I am sick and tired of MNT always replyong and saying they are sorry for the inconviniance but nothing gets done after that. I think it's time I escalte this further as no one cares to take me serious.<br> <br> All I ever get feedback and empy apologies.
