Empty promise
Good Day Peter<br> <br> Last week I reported the wrong billing from MTN and they rep**** with an empty promise that they are going to credit back my airtime at 17:32 on friday the 16th of october 2015 and they even phoned me with that lie ,tellin me the same thing. <br> <br> I want to bring this to your attention that they never credited a cent to my number ,now they even barred me to their call center by charging me for every call I make to 173. <br> <br> Please advise on this matter ,what's the next step ?<br> <br> Thank you<br> Vusi
