Empty-N. Pathetic service

If there was anything less than 1 star I'd try and find the lowest possible form of that rating, to truly explain how pathetic mtn is. I submitted for an online upgrade in nov, I still havent had my new device delivered, or package converted, from November till date, we are so supposed to be in the generation of esales, etc but mtn is really on a disasterous level of poor customer service, only automatic replies and call in numbers that are always having technical issues and can never get through. Pathetic.
